WEEK 1

Kickoff & First Draft

Strategy alignment, then your messaging arc + first emails in your inbox by Friday

  • The day before our kickoff call, I'm studying everything you’ve shared so I can show up to our call already fluent in your business

  • On our 90-min kickoff call, we align on strategy: who this is for, what's being sold on the back end, the directional course promise, and the common mistakes, stories, and insights to weave in

  • I then draft your offer promise, full course outline, Day 0 welcome, and Day 1 for your review by end of week

WEEK 2

Writing the Course

You approve the direction, then I write the rest

  • We meet to walk through your feedback on the messaging arc, offer promise, outline, and emails 0–1 — or you leave async notes in the Project Dashboard, whichever you prefer

  • Once aligned, I write Days 2 through 5 of the course


WEEK 3

Sales Sequence & Landing Page Build

Everything comes together

  • In parallel, I'm writing your landing page copy and getting it built in Carrd so you can review copy and design together

  • This is your biggest review window — line edits in Google Docs, async notes, or a working session, it’s up to you
