How I Work

I work with one client at a time on a project basis, so you have my complete attention and focus.
I offer add-ons overflow hours, day rates and retainer packages for return clients who want follow-up support.
We start with a questionnaire to gather your insights, research, and vision for your client.
I spend time studying you, your business and your client so my copy channels your voice and sharpens your message.
We have set meetings on the calendar for our initial interview, delivery, feedback and review. (I am not another person you are endlessly going back and forth with.)
Once you’ve paid a deposit we reserve your meeting dates and delivery date.
I deliver on time, or else my business becomes unsustainable. However, in working well in advance, we both give ourselves a small margin of error should meetings or pages need an extra day or two.
In the case of extraordinary circumstances or pivots, I am able to reschedule for a later date as long as there is a deposit paid.
